Five bedrooms, all with queen size beds except for one that had a double and one twin. Good location - quiet street and five steps from a grocery store. However definitely more like 15ish minutes from the beach/pier walking. Fine for us, but just a note! Also a note - there is AC but only one unit in the upstairs family room and one in one of the bedrooms in the lower level, so if you get a hot week then it could be bad! One last thing was that there seemed to be sand literally everywhere. I know it's a beach house, but the floors and newly made beds had sand all over. There were also spiders in almost all of the corners of the house. Just needed a more thorough cleaning, in my opinion! ##### Christina L. Short walk to the pier, short walk to the beach, close proximity to everything. While the home is in close location to the hot spots, it does not have heavy traffic and noise os quite low. The porch and fire pit were major gathering spots and the kitchens were well stocked. Each room was spacious and we loved the decor. We even found our favorite coffee at the store across the road (Katahdin - Maine Blueberry pie). We loved every detail and were amazed!!!
