L’endroit est magnifique et à proximité des activités (plage, piscine, pier, boutiques, resto). Nous avons par contre eu une chambre dans la partie « Back annex » . C’est un demi sous-sol avec vue sous un escalier et des véhicules stationnés. Le tapis de la chambre était collant et noir de saleté. Des mauvaises odeurs s’échappent des armoires de cuisinette. Le frigidaire est rouillé et bruyant. Contrairement à la description, il n’y avait pas d’équipement pour cuisiner et même pas de couvert suffisant pour quatre personnes.

Très bien situé, cour de l’hôtel donne directement sur les dunes le long de la plage. J’ai été servi en français par une gentille dame. Malheureusement notre chambre était sur le côté du stationnement de l’hôtel voisin dans un demi sous-sol.

Points positifs: Très propre autant à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur, personnel très gentil, emplacement idéal. Points négatifs: Pas moyen de rien recycler, aucun bac pour mettre les bouteilles et cannettes vides. Mais le pire c'est les matelas, ils sont vraiment dû pour être changés. Je pèse 170 lbs et j'enfonce dans le matelas comme c'est pas possible, très inconfortable. À 300-350$ la nuit un matelas le moindrement ferme serait la moindre des choses.

Suite 1 is tired and in need of updating. The fold out couch was partly broken, the mattress itself is really thin and old. We had to sleep with or heads where the feet go...since it's broken. Thin mattress wasn't t pleasant looking. Blinds in kitchen broken on one door. Very small living room. Hard to seat more than 3 people comfortably. Toilet handle needs adjusting. Felt like we were in a dark cave instead of being at the sunny ocean in the suite. Location good...can walk out to ocean within having to drive. Same with pier and a great restaurant, Josephs by the Sea (2 buildings down the street).

Clean comfortable & shared pool hot within hotels
The young man at check in was not informative, luckily ive stayed a few times with The Waves & knew a little of the area they serve. Room was clean & comfortable. I asked when boking online not to have the 3rd floor & they put us on 3rd floor. For 1 night it was fine. We cut our trip short (a week ahead of time) due to expected hurricane and The Waves as the company ownkng Seaview were SO great!. No extra charge! For all the positives, we'd stay at Seaview again. We did not use the pool as weather was cold, But it was very clean. Check out was quick & easy.

We liked the short distance to beach. Grills for use. Pool was good sized. Rooms were clean. Kitchenette was outdated and the island was not located conveniently for meal prep. No hooks to hang stuff in bathroom. We would stay here again. I would bring my own hooks next time.

Confirm your room location with the property when booking through a 3rd party! Room was in 3rd floor and outside stairs only . Room extremely dated and small!! Kitchenette most likely from the 70’s so didn’t dare use the burner!! That said, room was clean and extra towels provided upon request

We booked a suite which was perfect for our family of 5. We have 3 children ages 8,11 and 13. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Everything just smelled bleach clean!!! Each bedroom had an air conditioner which is a must for us because no one can sleep when it’s hot! The water pressure in the shower was awesome. The pool and pool area was always kept clean. Staff was always present around the hotel area. The hotel location was absolutely perfect! The beach entrance was right there then a quick 5 minute walk down the street you have everything you need!! We will definitely be returning!

This was our second year staying at sea view. Will be back. Rooms are clean and big. Good bed and pillows. Shower are good and kitchen is good. View is great and pool is great. Had heating problems have way is stay but still great pool. Close to down town and walk is good. Right on beach. Nice grills and tables outside.

This hotel is older and needs updating. Check in experience was below par and we were given a room that was very old and and underwhelming in an alley and under a porch. Management should be ashamed to assign this room for a nightly price of what we paid. We ended up going back to desk and getting room changed.

My bed makes a lot of noise every time I move and my bedroom door makes a lot of noise every time I open it and my baby wakes up from the noise. a beautiful place because the beach is in front but very noisy the train the motorcycles too much

I liked the peaceful, quiet atmospere and being on the ocean. Our key wasn't working in the door. The staff was very attentive to this matter and put a new door knob on. The weather was perfect, beautiful foliage. Overall, a beautiful weekend!!

The room 44 we had at Sea View was not up to standards. Ventilation was disconnected in the bathroom, causing high humidity and fog when taking à shower. In the kitchen , one plate for two, one wine glass for two , limited cookware. We left a day earlier than anticipated for personal reasons and it was not clear if we would get any refund.

I like the location of the property. I didn't like was the room I was asigned because it felt like i was in a basement and my view was the staircase. Also the toilet was running all week. The parking in the property was extremely tight.

The highlights of this property are that it is beachfront & it has several sister properties next to each other & you have access to all pools. The comforters on the beds were really comfortable. Our room (31) was overall awful. The entire room was extremely outdated. And that’s fairly common in OOB. Our room had an unpleasant odor, I think from the old A/C unit, but then our mini fridge had a beyond terrible odor. When you opened it, it stunk up the room. (used for drinks only) So it went from feeling just outdated to dingy & disgusting:( I had mentioned the fridge to housekeeping, where she and her supervisor assisted. I believe they defrosted, the very tiny freezer & cleaned the entire inside. The problem did not go away. Our stay was only 2 nights so it ultimately did not get resolved. I had also requested a roll away that they did provide, but it was broken so it had a huge dip in the center. That made for an uncomfortable nights sleep. After mentioning it to housekeeping, they got me another one for the following night. So they did attempt problem resolution. I do believe that they are in the process of renovating the motel, just not where our room was yet. Overall pretty disappointing, sometimes we like to relax in our room instead of always being on the go & this room was not somewhere we wanted to hang out. Upon checkout, I mentioned the fridge still smelling, no acknowledgement or apology. Cost vs experience this was a fail. I appreciate housekeepings efforts

The 2 bedroom suite was nice with the kids. They shared a room and mom and dad got a room to themselves. The rooms were fairly clean but ketchup on the stovetop and food under the beds. Not as clean as I’d like to see. The kitchen is nice and modern and stocked with cooking essentials. The bathroom had a tub, but no plug to use it. Carpet in the majority of the place. In my opinion carpet is old and gross. Beds are not comfortable at all. But the set up is nice with a livingroom and 2 bedrooms. Overall nice stay but not anything fancy at all. There was quite the party scene going on outside when we were there.

I took a beach vacation with my daughters and the hotel placed us in a perfect spot close to the beach and easy access to the street to be able to walk to the pier. We had an amazing memorable time.

Sea View Inn is a nice property right on the beach with a warm pool that our kids enjoyed very much. A short walk to the fair and boardwalk it was perfectly located for our stay. The kitchenette was adequate to cook a few meals which is what we needed. The room we had was somewhat dated in a quaint kind of way which we actually liked. The entire room was, well, wonky, it was very disorienting at first, it feels like part of the building has sunk down and you are walking uphill. I don't think it was a safety issue or anything, just odd, but probably due to the age of the complex and the fact that it is built on a beautiful sand beach!

The view from our room was great. Room clean. Bed were good. Ac could be updated but not bad. Shower heads were ok. Pool was great and had 3 nice grills. Next time we will bring food to cook instead of eating out. Would stay again. Ocean was still pretty could for end of June.
