Steps to 7 mile beach & downtown OOB. 3rd floor w/elevator One bedroom oceanfront condo with spectacular views! Newly renovated bathroom with new floor, vanity and toilet. Queen size bedroom set in the bedroom. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and toaster. Fiber optic WiFi, cable, air conditioning. Huge sliding glass doors lead to new expansive balcony. Elevator. Parking for one vehicle only. Please note: This condo is located in The Brunswick with a restaurant and lounge downstairs with live music. Live music on the outdoor patio in the summer. Bands play until 11 week nights and 1 a.m. on weekends below the balcony in the summer. If noise is a concern for you this would be a great place off-season for you. Comfy and clean. The condo is So close to ocean, I could hear it in the bedroom as it was cool enough to leave the doors open. Building is close enough to walk into the shopping district.
