It comes fully stocked with pots, pans, plates and cutlery for you to make delicious meals using the brand new stainless appliances. But why cook when you are within walking distance to all of Old Orchard Beach's great restaurant, pubs, pizza, sandwich and hamburger joints? So many options from high end to take out! Grab and go and eat on the beach for a picnic or as you walk on the famous pier. Relax in the open concept living room, and cool off after a hot day at the beach enjoying the central a/c via wall mounted mini-splits. Washer/dryer in the unit. What’s included? Big enough for my step father to use his wheelchair throughout. The property managers were extremely responsive and helpful when I had questions before our visit. Fully furnished and equipped including things you often forget about like can and bottle openers. Very comfortable and clean with a nice porch for enjoying some sun. I would absolutely stay again. Things to note - It's a little further from the beach than 1/4 mile suggests. Although accurate it is a bit of a walk. There's also a burned out building next door. You don't see it most of the time and the neighborhood is nice despite that initial surprise. You can hear road noise so if you're used to a quiet setting bring a fan or white noise machine. If I go again I'll try to stay in the back half of the building - units ending in 2\. Overall excellent and one of the most updated places to stay in this price range.
