### Gorgeous 1700s Home Sleeps 10, 3 bath, Pool

Charming 1706 Antique Home, 20 minutes from Mystic, with original imperfect +200 year old hardwood Floors, and hearth. +6 Bedrooms, sleeps 10, 3 baths. Easy access to everything in Old Lyme. Golf club, Hiking Trails, Pool, Pond. The large, open kitchen is fabulous for cooking with new granite counters, gas stove, double ovens, 2 sinks, and dishwasher. Lovely bar & fridge adjacent to cozy fireplace. Screened porch, Large yard, stone patio, pool, Weber grill. Super Fast Wifi.  
  
1706 Historic mansion, 20 minutes from Mystic, renovated with 6 bedrooms, 3 bath. 3 acre yard with stone firepit. Close to Old Lyme Country Club. Note, Metro North Tracks are nearby, but very quietly inside house.  
  
Inside the house, you'll be charmed by the +200 year old original wood floors with imperfections, but wide and beautiful given their were hand made by large trees near the house.  
  
Adjacent to the house is a Garage apartment which is occupied by a very quiet tenant that is not allowed access to the Pool. Guests are not allowed to use the Garage or Garage Apartment.  
  
Parking-plenty of parking for cars.  
  
No internal fires are allowed in the fireplace.

Bedroom 1-1 King Bed with Wifi Samsung TV adjacent to Bathroom, Shower  
Bedroom 2- Adjacent to Bedroom 1- Very small bedroom with single bed.  
  
SECOND FLOOR:  
  
Bedroom 3- Master Bedroom King Bed  
Bedroom 4- Two Single/Twins bedrooms accessed through Bedroom 3 and next to the Master Bathroom -tub, shower, two sinks  
Bedroom 5- King Bed  
Bedroom 6 Queen Bed- next to Full Bath-/Tub and Shower  
Bedroom 7-Two Singles/twims- Accessed two ways- from stairway in Bedroom 1 or through the 2nd floor stairway.

The Garage and Guest house are not included and are currently occupied by another renter-that doesnt have access to the swimming pool.  
  
Swimming pool is available Memorial Day to Labor Day and is NOT heated and REQUIRES A SIGNED RELEASE PRIOR TO THE VISIT.  
  
Super Fast Wifi throughout the home.  
  
Prior to arrival, the Guest will be asked to review and sign an Agreement and Release related to the House, Pool, Pond and the grounds.

Perfect for relaxing with friends and family with an amazing kitchen and big room, deck, pool-open Memorial Day- Labor Day, Weber grill, 3 acres of lawn, pond with frogs, short drive to the beach. 8 minutes to the grocery store, 12 minutes to Amtrak and Shoreline East at Old Saybrook Train Stop. Located on a dead end street so very safe for children and fun walks. Super Fast Wifi.  
  
20 minutes from Mystic.  
  
Old Lyme Parking Beach Pass Available.  
  
The house was built in the early 1700s and has the original wood flooring and windows which are historic, charming and imperfect. If you love antique houses, you love it.  
  
Air Conditioning Only in the Upper Two Main Bedrooms.  
  
No parties allowed.  
  
Pool open Memorial Day to Sept 15th  
The Pool patio is made of older stonework and has some imperfections.  
  
We require a legal release that outlines the terms of your stay and we also need an ID and have a minimum age requirement of 25 Years old.  
  
No underage drinking.
