Take a short walk to pristine Lake Eucumbene. Explore Northern Kosciuszko - Kiandra, Yarrangobilly Caves, Tantangara, Selwyn Snow Resort and the Eucumbene and Murrumbidgee Rivers. 10 minutes to Adaminaby and 2 minutes to boat ramp. Sunray Cottage is set in a quiet location which is great for bird watching, hiking, biking, fishing, water sports and star gazing. The house was very well equipped with the fireplace and aircon in the main living area, oil heaters in the rooms and the wall heater in the bathroom were appreciated!The beds were very comfortable and the house had lovely little touches including condiments, soaps/washes, coffee and tea, and a block of chocolate the kids demolished in sight! We laughed at the quantity of cushions in the lounge and bedrooms, but overall the place suited us well. Very comfy after a long day on the water. Great little very functional oven and other amenities that we did not need to use. TV reception was not great during the constant storms, but we weren't really there to watch much TV. perhaps a storm interference issue or just a sensitive antenna/dish connection. Not a biggy for us. Fantastic view of the lake as well. That was a nice change from other places we have used.
