Located in Piazza Rudalza, the property is spread over one single level (on the ground floor), and boasts a large terrace (70 m2) overlooking the port. The terrace is equipped with a corner sofa, some armchairs, and a dining table for 6 people, ideal for having alfresco lunches/dinners while admiring the sea view. Internally the house consists of a bright open-space living area with direct access to the terrace through French windows. This area is expertly furnished with: corner sofa, armchairs, piano, fireplace, and dining table for 6 people. Following you will find a small equipped kitchen with: stove, oven, coffee machine, toaster, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher. The sleeping area is made up of 3 bedrooms divided as follows: a double bedroom with private balcony, tv, wardrobe, and ensuite bathroom (with shower); a double bedroom and a twin bedroom that share a bathroom with shower. Internet Wifi is included. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. 1 baby cot and 1 high chair are available on request. Pets are allowed on request (up to a maximum of 1). As concerns the parking, upon advance request guests can obtain a concession reserved for residents of the village that allows to park the car in Porto Rotondo at a fixed cost of approximately 15.00€ per week.
