Punta Volpe is a cozy and comfortable residence located just 1.5 km from the center of Porto Rotondo. This vacation rental offers a range of amenities, including a shared swimming pool (55m diameter, depth 70-160 cm), a children's pool, an outdoor shower, a private beach, tennis courts, and a children's playground. The property also features a yard and parking facilities.

Enjoy the outdoors with the shared swimming pool (seasonal availability: June 15 - September 15, pool opening hours: 10:00-14:00 and 16:00-20:00). Relax on the private beach or take advantage of the tennis courts. Children can have fun at the playground while you unwind in the surrounding greenery.  
  
Other Information  
The residence offers additional amenities such as platforms on the sea with sunbeds, umbrellas, and an access ladder to the water. There is also a shuttle service to the surrounding beaches and a soccer field. For your convenience, a supermarket is located 2.5 km away, and restaurants and bars are just 1.5 km from the property. The vacation property "La Nina" is a 3-room apartment with an area of 55 square meters, located on the ground floor. It features a comfortable and cosy furnishing style. The living/dining room is equipped with satellite TV and has an exit leading to the terrace. There is one double bedroom with a French bed (140 cm) and another room with a bunk bed. Both rooms also have exits to the terrace.

The vacation property comes with a well-equipped kitchenette, which includes 4 induction hot plates, a toaster, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine. It also offers modern conveniences such as air-conditioning, forced-air heating, and a washing machine. The property provides a terrace, which is partly roofed, and a garden area. Outdoor amenities include terrace furniture, a portable barbecue, and two deck chairs. Guests can enjoy a view of the sea and the garden from the terrace.
