The 60 m² property consists of a living room, a kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. Additional amenities include a TV, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, mosquito nets and thermal shutters in all windows, a fan as well as a washing machine.  
  
This property features a serene shared garden for peaceful mornings.  
  
The apartment is ideally located near the road leading to the most suggestive beaches of the coast (Pittulongu, Cala Sassari, Cala Banana, Golfo Aranci) and in the direction of San Teodoro.  
  
The last stretch of road is dirt.  
  
The apartment is located on the first floor of the villa and is totally independent.
