"Petite chambre mais bien équipée. J’ai fait toutes mes douches au Onsen qui est plus confortable que la douche XXS de la chambre mais c’est un standard au Japon. L’hôtel est bien situé proche du métro et des bus pour visiter Kyoto. Staff très serviable. Les chambres sont très bien nettoyées par le Housekeeping. "

"Pour le prix demandé, j'ai été désagréablement surpris. L'hôtel me semblait bien selon les photos et l'apparence du lobby, mais l'immense couloir des chambres faisait penser à un asile et la chambre n'était vraiment pas très invitante non plus. Ça sentait très humide et même la moisissure dans la salle de bains. Le centre d'entraînement est très difficile d'accès et vraiment pas équipé. Plutôt que de faire faire des courbettes à n'en plus finir à leurs employés, ils pourraient investir pour rendre les installations plus modernes et invitantes. "
