"Everything was excellent, from caring staff, property condition and food. Please note that there is no lift, but they take your bags up and down (2-4 floors). Free coffee/tea in their cafe/bar. Onsen was also very good. Room was spacious and we were allowed an early check-in. Highly recommended if you are visiting Chuzengi. Take care driving up the winding road during winter."

"Property itself has has an amazing garden with access to river and some great mossed areas. Also situated on the gateway to the heritage areas. Huge room with intriguing heating, steam-punk stuff.
