Our place is a perfect getaway for work, play, job transitions, change of scenery, real estate closings, etc! The best Italian food in OKC is across the street at Fontanas, and the Lazy Donkey is basically next door for great Mexican and Margaritas. There's a park with basketball court, splashpad, and playground, as well as a sno cone stand and snack shack 2 blocks away. Quick access to I-35 just north of where morning traffic backs up so you get to avoid it whether you're headed north or south!
The space
Our property is an over 1500 square foot 3 bedroom plus dedicated office single family home with a massive 20 x 35 foot living/sun room on the back with floor to ceiling windows and beautiful landscaping as the view. Fully furnished with 2 comfy double beds in 2 of the bedrooms and a single day bed in the 3rd. Sun room is used as both the main living room and dining room, but is also a wonderful place to hang out, read, or work from a laptop too! Blazing fast buried line Wifi, and Roku TVs in the living room and all bedrooms.
Guest access
Single width driveway will hold 2 of any sized vehicles, plus parking on the street for 1-2 more. Garage is full of personal belongings so no parking is covered. Easy access using the keypad enabled front door deadbolt lock.
