You can bring the whole family to this spacious and comfortable home, thoughtfully laid out to meet all your needs. The Space: In the main living area, cozy up by the brick fireplace on the comfortable sectional sofa. Gather everyone for a memorable meal at the extra-large dining table, which seats ten under high ceilings. The chef's kitchen is fully equipped for your culinary adventures and includes a smaller table for four for casual breakfasts. Downstairs, you'll find two comfortable bedrooms (one with a queen bed, the other with two twins) and a full bathroom. Head upstairs to the spacious loft, which serves as a private escape with a king bed, a queen bunk bed (with a full on top and a twin trundle), a second living area with a 65-inch TV, and a generous full bathroom featuring a freestanding tub. Step outside to your private, fenced-in yard and unwind in the bubbling hot tub after a day of exploring. With unique touches like a record player and toys for kids, you'll never be bored during your stay! Guest Access: You will have private access to the entire side of the duplex, ensuring a comfortable and exclusive stay. This includes the fully fenced-in backyard and convenient garage parking. We had 7 family members and the space worked out nicely. There is a small seating area on main floor but a really nice TV room with a huge sectional in the loft so we could all enjoy movies, etc. Also have a cool game table for poker/cards and also a record player. A little maintenence is required as the sliding doors need some attention, as they don't seal properly. We felt a bit rushed out with the 10AM checkout time, but I probably could have asked for a later check out and didn't. Overall would recommend for a family/couples trip. ##### gail b.
