Thank you for being our guest. Our place is cute with a historical touch, great access to get in & out of the city. The queen bed sleeps 2 comfortably and the couch sleeps 1 in the living room (central HVAC). The bathroom includes a tub / shower with soap, shampoo and towels. Nicely located just blocks away from Midtown and several attractions where you can pick from many local restaurants and events! 🗲❤ This building is a historically renovated project that took 14 months. Parking is off Francis Ave. not in the common parking area. (When booking, we ask that you please introduce yourself and the reason for your stay. Inquiries or bookings without this information may be canceled or declined. For example, one of the rules is that you must shower everytime before you can sit or lay on the bed. This was a very strange rule in my opinion. The microwave was broken, there was no cooking utensils, and there was no extra trash bags or anything yet require you to change the trash yourself. For the sheer textbook sized rulebook, you would think it was a 5 star hotel. The place was nice enough for a place to sleep and was clean, but overall I would not book again. ##### Kelby B.
