All areas of the home have been recently renovated with careful consideration for their historic charm with a 1970s groovy vibes. The furnishings are intended to maximize comfort and convenience for groups of up to 15\. The neighborhood is quiet, but highway access (I-44) is just a few blocks away, making getting around the city a breeze. 5 mins away from Plaza District on the same NW 16 & 5 mins away from State Fair Park Please refer to "The neighborhood" tab for drive times to popular destinations. The Space: This listing is for the entire home. All areas of the house have new furnishings! \- • Spacious comfortable living room • Dining room • Kitchen • 4 bedrooms • 4 bathrooms • 3,459 sqft • Driveway parking for 3-4 vehicles (single file), no street parking \- The ground level has 1 bedroom (king bed) and a bathroom. The basement has been converted into a fun communal sleeping space (2 queen beds, 1 twin bed). It has a small sitting area with a TV and a full bathroom. The second floor has 2 bedrooms (2 queen beds in each) and 2 full bathrooms. Spacious backyard with a fun entertaining fire pit and cornhole game. ( Guests are responsible for fire pit's safety) The Neighborhood: Located on NW 16 in a quiet neighborhood. Highway access (I-44) is just a few blocks away, making getting around the city a breeze. Close to the active and vibrant entertainment district: The Plaza District- 6 mins away on the same NW 16 but away from the noise. The Plaza District are known for lots of amazing local restaurants (Aurora, The Press, The Mule, Lua, Goro Ramen, etc.), bars (Oak & ore, Saint's, etc) and shops (Bad Granny's Bazaar, etc. ) & 5 mins away from State Fair Park. 7 mins to Paseo District, Uptown 23rd. 8 mins to Penn Square mall. 9 mins to Midtown. 11 mins to Bricktown. The Comfy Colonial was a perfect fit with 4 bathrooms! (Before this weekend, we’ve not found a rental for all of us that had enough bathroom space, so 4 bathrooms meant no one had to wait.) We loved this fun space, and we had plenty of room to enjoy our time together. The host was responsive and the house was clean. The location made access to the Plaza District and the fairgrounds simple and fast. We definitely recommend this property to any large group. ##### Mara R. Each room has multiple beds - rooms are spacious. The basement has no t-stat and relies on the upstairs heating to funnel down through an open vent, and also has no closet so be aware of that. But plenty of beds and bathrooms for a group, and we were happy to have so much space. Extra blankets would have been nice though. In the kitchen, glassware is minimal, cookware is there but not much in the way of kitchen tools for cooking. No cookie sheet, for instance, but we managed. There is coffee which is nice but bring your own sugar. Some of the coffee cups in the cabinet were dirty but there were plenty of those so we just added them to the dishwasher. It's just a couple of miles to the Plaza District where we were spending our time for the weekend we were there. Neighborhood is so-so, but it's on a busy street so we didn't feel unsafe. There was ample room for our group of 14\. We enjoyed the park behind the property and felt save for the kids to be playing outside during daylight hours. The property was surface clean but could use a deep cleaning. Dennis was easy to work with and we were easy in and easy out. ##### Jodie Y. We liked that each room had its own bathroom and the common spaces were good to gather in after showing. Check in/out was easy and the house was well stocked when we arrived. ##### Lisa B. The basement was super fun... you may hear some footsteps from upstairs, but with its own mini kitchen and bathroom...the basement was awesome. Bathroom had soaps and shampoo etc.!
