This unit was super close to the hospital and allowed us to walk instead of having. To deal with the nightmare that is parking. It was wonderful. It was also super close to bricktown which is a gorgeous party for the city. There was a very good bbq Resturante just around the corner from the unit as well. The location of this is prime for a hospital stay when you aren’t able to actually stay in The patients room. Mattress and pillows were very comfortable. Adequate parking. Although it is not a neighborhood to walk to restaurants or shops, it is really interesting, and the people we met walking (as I walked my little dog) were friendly and liked talking about their up and coming community. Completely upgraded, nice finishes, and very welcoming. We had a tiny hiccup at the beginning of our stay and the owner absolutely went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. It was much appreciated. This listing is steps away from the OU Health campus and ten minutes or less to Bricktown attractions. Nice, quiet neighborhood that made us feel safe. We found it to be very clean and comfortable with everything we needed for our stay. The neighborhood is quiet and near to just about everything you would want to do in OKC. Dennis, the owner, has a great sense of decor and makes the most out of small spaces. I really enjoyed staying in this apartment. It looks exactly like the pictures. You can tell it is a new rental everything is brand new. The location was great, 5 mins to everything. I am unfamiliar with OKC, however the location of this apartment made the experience even better. Dennis is also an incredible host, and very accommodating. Will be returning.
