Staff were pleasant and friendly, free beer till 9pm was a nice touch, we also asked about a local restaurant and they happily booked it for us at reception without issue and with a smile. Breakfast was ok, bit small on options but enough to get by. Super easy to get to from the airport using the Yui monorail.
