It is located 4 miles from SAWGRASS GROVE SQUARE where you will have shopping, dining and nightly entertainment. Executive/championship GOLF COURSES and REC CENTERS at your fingertips. No need to go far while staying in this newly built home! Please be sure to make arrangements to have a rental golf cart delivered for your arrival! The Subdivision is an adult community designed to provide housing for persons fifty-five (55) years of age or older. The amenities include neighborhood pools, family pools, sport pools, pickleball, classes, golf at the executive courses, ability to reserve tee times, etc. IDs cost $50 and The Villages only allows two per home. After you obtain your temporary Resident IDs, you can request guest passes for others in your group. Pick up your Resident IDs first, then go to the Recreation Center to fill out the guest pass form for your guests. Mail/Amazon Packages: The mailbox key is not given out to guests. Please have Amazon packages delivered to an Amazon locker; Amazon will not always deliver to the house, and owners / leasing agents are not responsible for any mail or packages. Smoking: NO SMOKING OR VAPING on the premises at any time. Violations will result in fines. Pets: THIS IS A PET-FREE HOME - Absolutely no animals allowed on premises at any time.
