Super close to ATV trails where you don’t need to trailer! Eric, the owner, was very communicative and made sure we had what we needed. He does live on property and the cabin is close to his home. He is very respectful and gives you your space. He also offers help getting kayaks into the nearby water if you need. Overall a great host!
