The pools, both private and shared, are wonderful and have a great view over rice paddies. The service and food were a bit of a let-down. Perhaps it was because as an English-speaker, I was assigned a Burmese worker and a teenage Japanese kid as my hosts, but while their English was very good, their service lacked the refinement, pro-active hospitality and attention to detail that are often the hallmark of a great Ryokan. I did not feel particularly welcome at this property and often felt like staff were just going through the motions to be done with me. The food, while good, also felt somewhat uninspired and bland. Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort 오래된 소규모 지방 온천 호텔입니다. 방에 딸린 개인탕에서 수시로 온천 가능하고 가족탕 개념의 노천탕도 즐길 수 있어 재미있었어요. 저녁과 아침 식사 모두 일본식 한상 차림인데 반찬이 깔끔하고 간이 무난해서 일행 모두 잘
