The cabin has a nice view of the mountains and is in a very quiet area. The hot tub is a nice addition to the cabin. We also visited the Ohiopyle Old Mill General Store for the best fish sandwiches we’ve ever had. (approx 2 miles away) and Bittersweet Cafe for coffee (approx 4 miles away). The property is far enough of major road so as to not be a concern when dog was outside. We put a baby gate across the stairs to the wrap around porch/deck and it created the perfect play area to contain the dog while we were able to enjoy the deck. The cabin is very close to Ohiopyle. It is a little further from Seven Springs than we anticipated (about 40 min drive each way) but it’s a really nice drive, and there are plenty of other more local things to do, too. The hot tub and gas fireplace were wonderful and relaxing after a long day. My only minor suggestion would be that the cabin needs some hooks - there’s not a single place to hang a coat or nice outfit, unless it is draped over furniture.
