Jul 6, 2025 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### A fantastic summer getaway Stayed here in a group of four, the property is the perfect size for friends or family, and Deidre was one of the best host’s I’ve had; she assisted us with an early check-in and list of personal recommendations for spots to explore during our stay in Ogunquit.The property was modern, clean, cozy and conveniently located between downtown, the Marginal Way footpath & beaches, and Perkins Cove, taking only minutes to walk to any destination. We even had a beach cart with chairs provided for us which made beach trips very easy. I highly recommend this property and Deidre as a host! Responsive and friendly! The house is lovely, very clean, beautifully and comfortably furnished! Our 21 year old son enjoyed the privacy of the downstairs bedroom and bathroom. Upstairs was perfect for the three of us to hang out, play a game and have meals. We really only had breakfast and cocktails in the house but, the kitchen had everything we could have needed to make meals. It’s a quick and pleasant walk to the Marginal Way and perfectly situated between downtown Ogunquit and Perkins Cove. We would absolutely stay here again! ##### Edward & Kate H.
