« Hôtel de standing plutôt élevé. Accueil et accompagnement jusqu'à la chambre. Chambre spacieuse à la japonaise et bien aménagée. Onsen sur la terrasse en plein air et futon préparé pour vivre une expérience 100% japonaise. Petit déjeuner buffet japonais et occidental de qualité. Très calme et très agréable, j'y ai passé un très bon moment pour se détendre, à seulement une petite demi-heure de Kyoto. »

The access to the hotel is very convenient and close to the station. There are many restaurants close to the hotel. At breakfast time, the restaurant was overcrowded. As I was in a hurry, I gave up. However, I was able to have a light breakfast in the executive lounge (thank you very much). »

« Nous avons passé 5 nuits dans cet hôtel et nous avons vraiment apprecié son toit terrasse avec vue sur Kyoto et un verre offert chaque jour. Le onsen est aussi superbe avec vue sur la ville un jour sur deux (alternance homme/femme). Le petit-déjeuner (bento) est très bon mais malheureusement c'est le même chaque jour. La chambre est belle mais un peu étroite, elle est vite encombrée avec les valises. L'hôtel est idéalement situé dans Kyoto pour profiter des quartiers de Gion et de Pontocho. »
