#### Wohnung alleine top - aber......

Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und super ausgestattet, sie befindet sich auch wie angegeben am Gifizsee und der Check-in war in Ordnung.Allerdings liegt sie in einem Mehrfamilien-Block, was wohl auch den Anwohnern nicht gut gefällt. Zumindest sind wir von zwei Anwohnern darauf hingewiesen worden, dass die die Feriengäste stören. Der Parkplatz vorm Haus darf nicht genutzt werden, die "Besucherparkplätze" lt. Vermieter wohl, lt.Anwohner ebenfalls nicht. Dauerbelegt waren sie sowieso. An der Straße parken mit Gepäck, ohne vor Ort ausladen zu dürfen mit 6 Personen war sehr unentspannt. Abends war es sehr laut bis Mitternacht, unter den Fenstern wurde dauergeraucht, sodass die bei 35 Grad geschlossen bleiben mussten. Nachts war es ebenfalls nicht ruhig, von der darüberliegenden Wohnung aus lief stundenlang jemand hin und her. Es knarzte permanent. Die Betten waren hart. Und auch wenn in der Wohnung, seit sie als FeWo genutzt wird, nicht geraucht worden ist, hängt trotzdem ein leichter Geruch von altem, kaltem Rauch darin. Ich bin selber lungenkrank und litt in der Nacht unter Atemnot. Da bin ich dann sicher sensibler als manch anderer, aber dann darf die Wohnung nicht als Nichtraucher deklariert werden.

Es war alles bestens. Appartment blitzsauber und die Vermieter sehr nett. Auch gab es Kaffee, Tee, Duschgel, Shampoo, Reinigungsmittel, Mineralwasser etc. Vielen Dank!
