### Tiny Home 'Amselnest' with Lake View, Private Terrace and Wi-Fi

With a lake view, the renovated charming shepherd's cottage "Amselnest" in Oelsnitz / Vogtland impresses with a private terrace and a view of the lake and the countryside.  
  
The 12m2 shepherd's cottage consists of a living/sleeping area with a bed, as well as an armchair bed, closet,  
  
mobile seating and dining area. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet in a modern design. The equipment includes a single kitchen, wifi, a TV, electric heating and books for all ages. The Amselnest offers a small private outdoor area with seating and barbecue, as well as a separate terrace with lounge furniture. The Schäferwagen is located in the nature reserve and invites you to go hiking with or without a dog, fishing, swimming, surfing and boating. In a short distance there is a playground, kiosk, table tennis, rowing boat rental and fishing licenses. A sailing school is 5 minutes away.  
  
Nearby highlights include Bad Elster, Hof, Plohn amusement park and zoos. The Czech Republic can be reached in 30 minutes.  
  
Public transportation is within walking distance. A parking lot is available on the property.  
  
Families with children are welcome.  
  
A maximum of 1 pet is allowed (for a fee)  
  
Dogs are accepted up to a back height of 30-40cm. Please keep them on a leash at all times. Smoking and celebrating events are not allowed. 2 e-scooters are free of charge depending on availability on site,  
  
2 bicycles are free of charge depending on availability on site,  
  
There is also a locked shelter for bicycles, which also offers charging facilities for e-bikes. This accommodation has guidelines to help guests with waste separation.

Ein wunderschön, liebevoll eingerichtetes Tiny House. Es hat alles was man zum wohlfühlen braucht. Die Gastgeber sind super nett. Mit Hund ist es die perfekte Gegend um sich zu erholen .

#### Sehr schön und liebevoll eingerichteter Bauwagen

Pros: Es war eine sehr ruhige Lage die zum entspannen einlädt. Man konnte Fahrräder, E-roller und sogar ein Kajak nutzen ,das fanden wir super.

#### Zum Entspannen und Erholen ideales Ferienidyll.

Pros: Ein liebevoll und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Tiny Haus für zwei Personen. Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett und jederzeit erreichbar und haben gleich auftretende Probleme gelöst. Für Fragen und Auskünfte nahmen Sie sich Zeit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden gern einmal wieder kommen. Cons: Man kann nicht verdunkeln. Jalousien sind weiß. Wenn man ein Kind zur Ruhe bringen will, eher ungünstig.
