The first floor features a bright living room, bedroom, office/bedroom, open-plan kitchen-dining area, bathroom, and a large shared utility/laundry room.  
  
The second floor offers a living room with exposed beams, two spacious bedrooms (one with a balcony and sea views), a kitchen, and a bathroom.  
  
Outside, you will find a cozy courtyard with plenty of space for relaxing, barbecuing, and sheltered outdoor living – as well as private parking right by the entrance.
