« It has everything we needed: 1) 5 beds for 5 of us. 2) Working appliances / facilities (washer, air conditioner, sink, shower, bath, lights, fridge). 3) Large "under the bed" area to store suitcases. 4) Enough electrical outlet to charge our devices. 5) Clean and new. 6) Self checking, checkout, and elevator in building. 7) Area is not far from train stations, but it's also quiet and not noisy. I did not communicate with building manager / host -- but there was also no need to. »

« Mr. Kusunoki is such a pleasant man. He sent us the best routes to get to places on multiple occasions, and shared with us many spots to go. He used his many connections to get us discounts on watches, and informed us the cheapest way to buy train tickets, and amusement park tickets. If we come back to Tokyo, we will be staying here again. »

« I have mixed feeling about this place. It is clean and in a quiet neighborhood but If you are looking for easy access to Shinjuku or Shibuya, then this place is not for you. We had 2 small rooms but this “house” is shared by an older gentlemen so we were told to keep really quiet. We were literally whispering during our stay. « Here are the straight facts that will be helpful. 1). Very small, like very very small. While we were only three people, so it was fine, but if we had a person in each bed? That would have been way too many people sharing a single place. 2) not a single bed can handle two people. 3) kitchen is too small to actually cook but good enough to make coffee or tea in the morning. 4) very easy access to subway system. 5) several stores or places to eat, get coffee, etc within a 2 minute walk. 6) Very...
