  • This is a fully private lower-level home with its own separate entrance. The upstairs unit is completely separate and accessed from a different entrance at the rear of the property. There are no shared living spaces, and guests have exclusive use of the patio and all interior areas during their stay.

    The property is designed to provide a quiet, comfortable, and private coastal experience just blocks from the beach.

House came as advertised. There was a small hiccup with a bathroom that the owner tackled very quickly. It did not disrupt our plans in the slightest. The place was clean and check in and check out was quick and painless.It was close to restaurants for sure! We enjoyed The Taco Stand which was right around the corner.

Wonderful Stay – Clean, Cozy, and Perfect Location

The property was very well-kept and spotless when we arrived. The beds (and even the couch!) were super comfy, making it easy to relax. My friends and I spent most of our evenings around the fire pit, which was such a nice touch. It’s just a short walk to the water—we caught some beautiful sunsets—and it’s conveniently close to a local market and great restaurants. Liette was a great host, and I would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful home in a great location

The home was great and worked well for our family of 4. The kitchen was impressive, the fenced in outdoor area was great for the kids, the two bathrooms were nice, and we were able to walk to get coffee, donuts, pizza, breakfast, etc which was so convenient. We would stay again!

Our stay was an absolute dream! We had a family dinner for my husband’s 30th birthday. The kitchen was perfect for cooking and equipped with all the necessary items to cook a full family dinner. The backyard was a perfect spot to cook s'mores and enjoy a conversation. Plus walking to the beach, coffee shops and my fave pizza spot made the stay even better. This home has everything you could ask for. Great outdoor area for relaxing. Oceanside retreat

We really loved staying in this home and look forward to coming again! The patio was so relaxing. We enjoyed sitting by the fire pit, grilling, & enjoying family time. Everything you want or need is supplied in the kitchen. The owner is easy to communicate with and answered any questions promptly! We also loved the location and the peaceful neighborhood. Beautiful home and set up

The house was completely updated with toiletries in all bathrooms and supplies for beach in shed outside. Seating outside and in with spacious seating inside as well. Cozy blankets provided, and it was such a nice welcoming space. It is walking distance to restaurants and shore which was perfect. We plan to return and stay in this location.

Beach getaway!

The property was as advertised. Sandy beaches were a little further away but it was worth the drive. Spent most of our time discovering the area and and the beachs. The grandchildren certainly enjoy discovering the garden cactuses. The house was comfortable and the kitchen had everything that we needed. Would like to come back to stay longer!

The property was immaculate. It was well stocked. Pictures were true to property. It is convenient to carlsbad and Oceanside. We beached in carlsbad and took walks into carlsbad every day since that’s our favorite beach. The owner was really easy to work with. We would rent this again and recommend it to our friends.
