Fully renovation was just completed and you can enjoy the modern beach style condo on the water. Oceanside is a booming city with incredible restaurants, coffee shops, and craft breweries all within walking distance. Of course, it's the world-class beaches you come for and your beach is just steps away. Whether it's beaches, surfing, eating or all of the above, this is the stay you have always dreamed of! The Space: Our condo is air conditioned! Don't believe anyone who says you don't need A/C in the summer - the condos along the beach are extremely hot on summer days. This condo is part of a seven unit complex. In order to access the condo, you will need to descend one flight of stairs. The beach access is a further flight of stairs. There is a queen sized bed in the main area and a sofa sleeper couch in the front of the studio. Guest Access: Door PIN will be sent just prior to your arrival. Please note it doesn't activate until your scheduled check-in time. There is another unit in front, but it's a single story so luckily it doesn't block the view much. The unit itself is nice enough, but just adequate for a small family of 3 (The pullout sofa isn't really a pull out and will only sleep one person which was a bit of a surprise to us). Also, the bedroom doesn't have a door so it's open to the living area. But overall, we were glad to be right on the beach and spend a few days by the ocean. May 12, 2023 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Oceanside dream vacation with the husband! Great location! Easy walking distance to the beach, shopping, local restaurants, and more. We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony watching the waves roll in with a cup of coffee. The studio was very clean & had all the amenities that we needed. The hosts were very friendly & responsive to any questions. Our only recommendation is that we wish there had been a dresser or highboy to put our clothing in. We would definitely stay here again! ##### Chris B.
