Fully renovation was just completed and you can enjoy the modern beach style condo on the water. Oceanside is a booming city with incredible restaurants, coffee shops, and craft breweries all within walking distance. Of course, it's the world-class beaches you come for and your beach is just steps away. Whether it's beaches, surfing, eating or all of the above, this is the stay you have always dreamed of! The Space: Our condo is air conditioned! Don't believe anyone who says you don't need A/C in the summer - the condos along the beach are extremely hot on summer days. This condo is part of a seven unit complex. In order to access the condo, you will need to descend one flight of stairs. The beach access is a further flight of stairs. There is a queen sized bed in the main area and a sofa sleeper couch in the front of the studio. Guest Access: Door PIN will be sent just prior to your arrival. Please note it doesn't activate until your scheduled check-in time. Finding where to park was difficult since our GPS kept taking us toward the strand. I reached out letting you know we were having trouble, but there was no response. I also asked for advice on where to keep a second vehicle with no response. Upon arrival the place smelled like smoke (not sure if it was smoked in or just an old odor). The door handle to the patio did not work, which we were made aware of. The next day we were told it would be fixed. I reached out about a time so I could plan my baby’s nap around it. You told me you would accommodate my time; I said between 12–2 since she naps. The guy arrived at 12:15 and was fiddling with the fans, not even working on the door. We then left to go home to give the baby a nap. At that point we were very frustrated; nothing was easy. The floors, couch, and rug were dirty, and my baby’s clothes became filthy. I was no longer comfortable there. I reached out asking for cleaning supplies and you did supply a Swiffer. It seems you have maintenance on-site or close, I would have expected someone to clean, but I did it and then covered the couch and rug with sheets. The door handle was fixed, but you still can barely open it; it doesn’t slide smoothly at all. We slept there only one night and came during the day to use the condo for parking and changing. Side note: the gate to the beach is not easy; there should be better notes on how to open it. Overall not satisfied. ##### alexis k. Check-in was a breeze; the owners responded within minutes when we had a question; our family enjoyed the full-size appliances to accommodate our food/cooking needs. The amenities/extras were top notch and made our stay much more enjoyable: beach chairs, towels, laundry room, and parking. The best part is you hear and see the ocean. There is another unit in front, but it's a single story so luckily it doesn't block the view much. Also, the bedroom doesn't have a door so it's open to the living area. But overall, we were glad to be right on the beach and spend a few days by the ocean. I booked for the 70.3 Oceanside. 1/4 mile to finish line and Expo. The condo was clean, open and had great ocean views.
