Clean, amazingly well -equipped and so convenient to everything that we only got the car out for forays to San Diego. We were surprised by our ability to walk to any meal we wanted, and the surfers were an unexpected delight, whether watching them as distant dots from our balcony or right under us from the pier. Sharon was very responsive to all requests and accommodated us on an early check-in. The communication and responsiveness was excellent. Condo was clean and welcoming. The only fact I would have liked to know was that the building had construction/remodeling going on during the day. It was a bit disruptive for relaxing, but overall the pros outweighed the con. Great location with beautiful view of the ocean and harbor. The beach was right outside the gate. Many, many amenities. Pool, jacuzzi, gym, bbq’s and pool tables. Location easy to locate right off freeway. Great place for nice relaxing with spouse or kids too. Check in only issue was read directions carefully as you have to locate guard shack to get keys from main office inside complex... took 15 minutes all together so not big deal just pay attention to directions provided. A great jumping off point to explore all parts of this cute beach town.
