The project involves building a new home, along with making upgrades to the alleyway behind the home and nearby sidewalks. Noise is expected Monday through Saturday, between 7:00 AM and 4:00 PM. During alleyway improvements, the garage may not be accessible for parking or driving through the alley. However, you can still access the garage and living area via the backyard. This home is conveniently located just a 10 min walk from the beach and even closer to shops and dining! This 2 bedroom 1 bath beach bungalow is perfect for families looking for a quiet home base, in between trips to Legoland and the beach! With everything from 5 star dining, to The San Luis Rey River Trail, and a darling front porch, this little home is near all the action. After a long days adventure, hang out in the fully-fenced backyard and enjoy playtime with your fur-baby or watch the sunset. The fire pit is the perfect setting to replay the highlights of the day. Cancellations that are made more than thirty (30) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty, aside from a $500 restocking fee. • Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 30 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment (not including deposit and cleaning fee). • Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent. If you wish to shorten your existing reservation with VRBKIM, and your reservation is further than 30 days away, we do charge a $100 restocking fee to make this adjustment. Parties and Overoccupancy Policy: If the guest violates any of our rules regarding noise, parties, or overoccupancy, and the host receives complaints from neighbors, a $500 fine will be imposed per occurrence. In addition, should these allegations be found true, the guest will be subject to immediate eviction without a refund.
