All Strictly enforced. • THIS HOME IS PET FRIENDLY! Pets are allowed with a pet fee of $50 per pet, per night. We only accept dogs, please no cats. Please inquire about other pets allowed with our Reservations Department. If you bring furry friends, we ask that you do not allow them outside during quiet hours, as neighbors are very sensitive. Please do not leave your pets alone & unattended during your stay. • VIDEO & PHOTOGRAPHY: There shall be no video, still photography or film production of any kind without the express written consent of the owner. Fees apply. \- SMOKING: This home and all Vacation Rentals by Kimberly properties are strictly non-smoking. Smoking of any kind is not permitted anywhere on the premises. Cancellations that are made more than thirty (30) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty, aside from a $500 restocking fee. • Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 30 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment (not including deposit and cleaning fee). • Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent. If you wish to shorten your existing reservation with VRBKIM, and your reservation is further than 30 days away, we do charge a $100 restocking fee to make this adjustment. Parties and Overoccupancy Policy: • If the guest violates any of our rules regarding noise, parties, or overoccupancy, and the host receives complaints from neighbors, a $500 fine will be imposed per occurrence. In addition, should these allegations be found true, the guest will be subject to immediate eviction without a refund. The appliances were all in excellent condition; the house had everything we needed, from a modern stove to a washer and dryer, making it easy to cook and relax. We also enjoyed having a bbq grill and a fire pit. The location of the property was perfect, with easy access to local attractions, restaurants, and shops. It’s in a quiet, peaceful area, yet everything we wanted to explore was just a short walk away, including the beach and pier. Customer service was also outstanding. The property management was incredibly responsive and attentive, answering all my questions promptly. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and we felt well taken care of throughout our stay. Overall, this property exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely stay here again!
