The ground floor is so convenient and we walked to the Harbor a lot, the Pier, rode bikes, swam in the pool, soaked in the spa, played pool, and the unit was very comfortable to hang out in as well. There was a nice easy 5 min walk to the beach, our main reason for coming. Another short 5 min walk and we were eating at some nice restaurants at the harbor. The host was gracious and check in smooth. We had a covered parking garage spot. We liked having a local gym and pool. And we were able to drive to the local downtown. Getting in an out was easy. We really loved that the place had 4 beach chairs. The living room was great for watching movies (though the sound on the t.v. was muffled and we couldn't figure out how to improve it). The living room was very comfortable and fireplace a nice touch. The kitchen was amazing, with everything we needed. We cooked breakfast and dinner 3-4 times and everything worked great. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo is wonderful, clean, well stocked, great location, good size. Facility has wonderful amenities. No AC but wonderful cool temp with windows open creating a nice breeze. Unfortunately there was a massive construction project on the beach making our view that of tractors and construction equipment but even worse at 7am sharp exceedingly loud construction began immediately outside our condo making it impossible to sleep in even one day of vacation. The large diesel that metal pipes were being loaded onto with tractors was done immediately outside our bedroom window bright and early daily. The noise was awful and it was too hot when the windows were closed. Had we been aware of the ongoing construction would’ve stayed elsewhere; however without that downside we would definitely stay in this condo again. ##### Angela M.
