Fantastic beach for our teens to body board. The condo itself isn't top-end luxury but very nicely appointed and better in person than the photos. Kitchen is well-equipped but just be aware there is only salt and pepper in the cupboards if you're planning to cook. Would have loved a private BBQ on the terrace but other than that it was perfect for a weekend. Everyone was so helpful and check in and out were very quick. Great vacation! The only issue was many dead ants in the bathrooms upon arrival, and several live ants in bathrooms after a couple days. Cannot get much closer to the ocean that this! Loved watching the surfers and sunsets from the patio. We had family staying in another unit and they loved coming to check out our view! Very easy walk to beaches, pier, and Oceanside restaurants. Close proximity to parking was also a plus. The rental company and the on-site property manager were both fantastic to deal with. Easy beach access and amazing beach views only steps out the back patio. We enjoyed our stay here and would stay again in the future.
