We have stayed at at least 15 different condos at NCV over many years. You can see.the ocean from the balcony. The kitchen has a few basic necessities and a lot of storage to bring your own. The bed is extra firm foam. Be aware that this unit is one that is upstairs with no elevator so you will need to carry everything up a short flight of stairs.
