My family of four had a great time in Oceanside. The property is beautiful and well maintained. We really appreciated the thoughtfulness put into the amenities. We used the beach chairs, towels and boogie boards - it was a very easy walk to the beach. The fire pit in front of the front deck ocean view is a perfect place to unwind. This was our special family time - a birthday and Easter. Such a perfect property with amazing detail to outdoor and indoor spaces. We stayed here in mid March with our two college aged kids and two small dogs. The check in process was very professional from signing waivers to paying through VRBO. Communication with the host was excellent and timely. The house was like staying at a 5 star resort. Very clean and we loved the aesthetic/design. The linens were very cozy and the master bed (w/the memory foam topper?) was divine. Little extras like the coffee/espresso bar, wine and shampoo/conditioner were appreciated and added to the resort feeling ;) We used the outdoor front yard almost all the time sitting in front of the fire pit, BBQing and eating al fresco and using the hot tub every night. Great people watching as this is on the way to the strand. There is a great little market around the corner and a bike shop too for rentals. There are a several great bike trails nearby and we biked to downtown Carlsbad (15 min) to shop and also went on a longer ride on the San Luis Rey River Trail. Also convenient was the Ride Circuit service that we used to go to dinner in downtown Oceanside one evening! The house has a great partial ocean view and the sound of the waves was always present. I will 100% book this property again as one of our kids is at UCSD, less than 30 min away. ##### Kim V. All the amenities anyone would need and then some, beautiful finishes, and a great location. Excellent and prompt customer service - the property management team even checked on us when cleaning the other unit to see if we needed anything. Perfect setup. All 3 rooms have great beds and space. Detailed special touches throughout - including a comfy robe. Loved the outdoor spice and hot tub. Can get a partial view of the ocean from the front and out 2 of the bedroom windows. Even though all the units seemed to be full we still felt like we were in a private getaway. The front deck and table were ours alone. Janine and Richard were fantastic at communication. Quick walk to the strand. And a nice stroll to many restaurants- and the pier. About a mile to a mile 1/4\. Also walked to the Turkey trot race. Fabulous time overall. ##### Tonya C. The site is just one block from the ocean, the hot tub was fantastic, and we enjoyed some family time on the porch under the soft lights.
