The Space: Boasting a spacious fenced-in yard, it provides ample space for all kinds of recreation. The grassy yard is perfect for games and outdoor play, while the shaded patio offers a space for laid-back relaxation. The yard is also equipped with a grill, so get ready for some delicious BBQs. What’s more, this home is just a quick drive to Oceanside’s famous pier, LEGOLAND theme park, and one-of-a-kind beach towns. Inside, the residence is filled with contemporary furnishings and refreshing decor to create a truly inviting atmosphere. The living space is a perfect blend of cozy seating, entertainment options including a smart tv, and aesthetic features like the beautiful artwork adorning the walls. You will feel refreshed each time you enter this room, plus there’s even a gas fireplace for extra ambience on cooler evenings. The chef of your group will be delighted by the light-filled kitchen, fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, cookware, toaster, and coffee maker. Here you can prepare beach picnics to take on the go, or cook a delicious dinner to enjoy at the dining table for 6\. This home sleeps 8 guests between 4 private bedrooms, each prepared with cozy linens for sound nights of sleep and beautiful design elements for a true retreat feel. Bedroom #1 has bunk beds with a full size bed on bottom and a twin size bed on top. Bedroom #2 has a California king size bed, tv, and ensuite bathroom with shower/tub combo. Bedroom #3 has a queen size bed and tv. Bedroom #4 has 2 twin size beds. THINGS TO NOTE: The home has an additional bathroom with shower/tub combo. Parking available for up to 4 vehicles in the driveway and garage. 2 cars inside the garage, and 2 cars on the driveway. Washer and dryer in unit. Beach chairs and toys can be found in the garage for guest use. Please note that this home can accommodate up to 2 Dogs, with an additional Pet Fee of $35 per pet per day. This fee is not included in your final booking price. If you are bringing Dogs, please contact our Customer Care Team after booking to pay the pet fee. Pictures make it look a little larger than it is. there is a fair amount of foundation sinking. I would not recommend 2 of the bedrooms for anyone with balance issues. The house, kitchen and appliances were very clean. The carpet was new. Bring extra towels as it sleeps 8, but was a little short on linens especially towels and blankets. The living room doesn't fit 8 as the beds do, but we spent most of our time out at the beach. We really appreciated the washer & dryer and there's plenty of parking. We would have loved some outdoor furniture in the back. The yard is grassy and private and would have been perfect for a home cookout. Altogether, it was a comfortable, clean, quiet house with a 10 minute drive to the beach. ##### Megan P. There were extension cords and outlet extenders through mount house which seemed dangerous. The bunk bed where my daughter and friend were to stay was unusable…missing screws, extremely shaky and squeaky.
