NOTICE: POOL AND HOT TUB CLOSURE 11/14/25 UNTIL AFTER HOLIDAYS Take your perfect vacation here in this beautifully renovated condominium at Marina Del Mar in Oceanside, CA. Everything has been updated and lovingly decorated with the vacationer in mind. From the full kitchen to the floor-to-ceiling view of the ocean this condo cannot be better! There is a TV in each bedroom as well as in the living room for your enjoyment. There is also a patio set where you can enjoy a peaceful morning with a hot drink while watching the glistening Pacific Ocean. With front access to the beach and the harbor just behind you, you will have plenty to do for your stay. The harbor has shops and restaurants to enjoy or you can watch the boats set sail. If you decide to go to the beach you can build sandcastles, read a good book, bodyboard, or splash in the waves! There is also a pool and hot tub as well as barbecue grills on-site for your use. Laundry facilities are located on each floor. This 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo has plenty of space for your family and friends! When you're not enjoying the heated pool and hot tub in the condos there are many other activities, both relaxing and exciting, that the harbor has to offer for people of all ages. If you're looking for something adventurous check out the water sports rentals across from the shops and restaurants. Here you will be able to rent affordable kayaks, jet skis, pedal boats, stand-up paddleboards, and more! At Helgren's Sports Fishing you can schedule a day trip or an overnight adventure to fish, whale watch, or embark on a harbor excursion. You'll be able to find everything you need for a perfect fishing trip including fuel, equipment, and more. The harbor is also home to numerous sports bars, restaurants, and cafes of all kinds to ensure your satisfaction. There are several fantastic seafood options to choose from such as Harbor Fish & Chips or Oceanside Broiler. The harbor's inviting village setting is perfect for unwinding with a relaxing stroll through the various gift shops and boutiques where you will find stylish beachwear as well as souvenirs & gifts so you can take a little bit of paradise home with you. Just a few steps away from the condos lay a long stretch of sand perfect for beach games or volleyball. Various tents offer surf lessons and surfboard rentals for more adventurous vacationers. Families will be pleased to know that this beach has several convenient features such as bathrooms, showers, and lifeguards on duty during peak seasons and hours. The shaded picnic tables and coal barbecue grills are perfect for large or small gatherings after a long day at the beach. You can also end your beach day with a short walk to the Oceanside Pier and grab a fish sandwich from the Tin Fish to enjoy on the beach. Parking on-site is free for 1 vehicle per condo. Guest parking is available in the paid lots and free parking for 72 hours in the parking lot by the Crab Shack. No vehicles over 16ft are allowed in the parking area at all. Tall, large, and extended pickup trucks or SUVs will need to park off-site. Events held at Oceanside Harbor Beach: Western Surfing Association (WSA) Events Iron Man 70.3 Scholastic Surf Series Beach Soccer Championships Quiet Beaches: Monday - Friday of Jan, Feb, April, May, Sept. There are some events scheduled on weekends during these times so check with management. No Guest on-site parking from May until June. Only the assigned space may be used for your unit. Extra vehicles need to use paid parking lots during the day or the Free Parking area by the Crab Shack. Q. Is there parking in the complex? A. Most units have 1 assigned parking space. Day guests can park in the pay lot beside the complex. Overnight guests will need to park in the 72-hour free lot 1 on the east side of the harbor. This is on a first-come, first-served basis. Q. What if I have an oversized vehicle? A. No vehicles over 16ft are allowed on the property. Oversized vehicles need to pay for overnight parking in the camping area or the Free Parking by the Crab Shack if available. 72 hours max. Q. What beach equipment do we need to bring? A. We suggest you bring your own, boogie boards, and umbrellas. Some of the units may have these items, but we cannot guarantee they will be available on your arrival. Q. Are pets allowed? A. We are sorry, but pets are not allowed in the rental units. Q. Is smoking allowed? A. All our units are non-smoking, including the balcony and anywhere in the complex. Q. Is there air conditioning? A. Each unit is equipped with either ceiling fans or portable fans to keep the air moving. It was a great location and such a good place to be to relax. Got to watch a surf competition from the living room and kitchen. The rental host was very sweet and helpful. There were only a few things I did not care for, but still enjoyed our trip. First is the fridge. It constantly made loud and annoying noises. It was slightly warm when we got there, but ended getting so cold that it froze things in the fridge and made some of food spoil. Also, the stove range had a burner out and you had to light it with matches. Then there was the toilet in the larger bathroom, in the back part of the toilet there was a piece that kept disconnecting the thing that makes it flush. We just kept fixing it by putting it back, but a few times it sprayed water everywhere! lol Not fun having to fix a toilet on your vacay. That COUCH!!! Definitely has seen some better days. It was a nice couch in its good days, but this thing needs to be retired. A decent couch cost way less than our stay. The supposed Wi-Fi that we could never get to work and the horrible phone service, this disrupted any work we had to do while on our stay. Finally, there were little things like unfinished patch work on the wall in one bathroom and the much needed shade in the kitchen to block the sun while you cook/eat dinner. I still liked the perks like the laundry machines you can pay using an app and how the place is stocked with all kinds of stuff that you may need during the trip. The closet was full of items for the beach. Overall, great place but it would be extremely better if those problems were fixed. ##### Ricky F. I raised my kids on the beach in Oceanside Harbor so spending time in this condo was a special treat for me! You cannot beat the view and the location. Several restaurants, shops, and a great coffee place are located within the harbor so you don't really even need a car. Cindy, the property manager was terrific and really worked with me when I needed to change my check-in time. The property was VERY clean, if not dated, but the kitchen was stocked with everything and more, which I really appreciated. There is traffic and people noise during the day and into the early evening, but given the location, I knew there would be. The quiet hours at the property were very well observed while I was there. The only thing that bothered me was the internet. The unit did not have its own private WiFi network. There were several, shared, wifi networks at the complex that you could choose from, but all of them were slow at times. It did not bother me enough to complain because I was not trying to work. The place was nice, but needed a bit of TLC. The ceiling fan in the one bedroom didn't work, the railing on the patio was covered with dirt from the construction and unfortunately the unit's A.C. system didn't really cool the condo much. We kept the sliding glass door to the patio open at night to get the cool breeze off the ocean at night. Overall it was a pretty nice experience, and very quiet once the sun went down. Peaceful, relaxing, local food and shops walking distance as well. Balcony view sunset...WOW..Home was clean spacious, very beautiful . Cindy was very friendly replied quickly and made sure we got in on time. Communication was amazing. Definitely on my top places to return to!
