They even offer tours for those looking to kick back and enjoy the view. Trade in your boogie board for a shopping bag and spend an afternoon at Pismo Beach Premium Outlets, just over three miles up the coast. From Coach to Nike to Gymboree, there are bargains in store for every member of the family. Stretch your legs, and take a deep breath of ocean air. Head through the wooden gate and up a couple of steps to the front door. Enter into the main living area with a sofa bed. While you unpack or make a cocktail at the bar, put a classic VHS tape on the TV. The bar area includes a cocktail shaker, blender, and mini-fridge. Ocean views stream in through the sliding glass doors and windows. Stock the fridge with fresh fruits from a nearby produce stand, and make meals on the five-burner gas range. Helpful kitchen gadgets include two different types of coffee makers. The primary bedroom is furnished with a California king bed. Take in views of the ocean out your window or watch TV. The en suite bathroom has a double vanity and a tub/shower combination. THINGS TO KNOW The owner occasionally stays in the studio attached to the garage and may be on-site during your stay. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 1. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Just be warned that vehicles can and do drive on the beach; there is a lot of traffic on the sand because of nearby ATV action on the dunes. Pismo Beach and Arroyo Grande, with plenty of food options, are just a short drive away. By the way, if you follow the Google map instructions, you'll end up on the beach - park behind the house, off the alley. The house is fine - furnishings and fixings are basic and functional. We were there for a busy weekend with the Manx dune buggy club. The beach below was busy with the off road activity. Fun to watch, safe for children above the activity. The beach goes on forever. Overall, we had no complaints, but we have stayed in a lot of rentals and naturally compare the experience with our expectations. The space was clean. We have 2 small kids and ability to let them play in the enclosed sand next to the patio was wonderful, and we also appreciated the safety locks on the doors. The kitchen is great if your planning on eating in. They have all the different pots and pans you could need all in good condition. Plus a large fridge and dishwasher. The bedrooms are a good size, there is only a TV in the master bedroom. Beds firm and comfortable. Plenty of pillows and blankets. House was very clean. The house is walking distance to a few restaurants/delis that were all really good. It’s a quick ride to get to downtown pismo or get to the 101\. Again, you cannot beat the location. ##### Kaylee S.
