This spacious three-story 7-bedroom, 7-bath is located on a quiet cul-de-sac in the peaceful community of Quillens Point, approximately five miles from Bethany Beach. This spacious home, great for entertaining an extended family or large group, offers an open floor plan with a well-equipped kitchen featuring two dishwashers, ample space for cooking, a center island, six bar stools and a dining table that seats 10\. Five decks, community paths and a playing field directly behind the house. The first level offers three bedrooms, a kitchenette, a TV/lounging area and many games for entertainment - great for children! The second level features the kitchen with an adjacent screened porch, living room and office area. On the top level, there are four master bedroom suites. There was plenty of rooms and bathrooms for everyone to have their own privacy if needed but also to gather all together in a common space. The only issue we had was that we ran out of hot water almost daily with all of the showers that were being taken. One color Front porch is dangerous. Vacasa service not acceptable . Also no kitchen towels, no cleaning supplies, soap and other bath items in short supply , I have rented over 12 homes and and never have I experienced a absence of standard supplies. Lots of space to spread out. Enjoyed the front porch and staring out at the water in the morning immensely.
