Step through the front door and into a sunlit great room that includes a well-equipped, island kitchen with stainless steel appliances and counter seating for four. Pull up a chair around the more formal dining table for six, and then pick a spot on the sectional sofa and stream your favorite channels on the large, wall-mounted TV. This home also boasts four comfortable bedrooms including two kid-friendly bunk rooms, two desks and chairs perfect for your laptops for remote work or schooling, and a furnished back patio with a gas grill and an outdoor dining table for eight. And less than a half-mile from your door, take advantage of a variety of community amenities at the clubhouse including a shared pool, sauna, pickleball & basketball courts, and a fitness room (all for an additional fee). The indoor pool is not accessible. Pool passes are $35/week/person and must be purchased by the renter at the clubhouse with a copy of the contract (payable by credit card only) for renters aged six years and over in order to use the community amenities. Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking.
