We enjoyed all the amenities, especially the pools and the marina. One night we even enjoyed the large gas fire pit. The house was spacious, well equipped, beautiful wrap around porch, and the beds were very comfortable. We would definitely consider staying here again. ##### Ray T. The pools and facilities in the community were perfect for our kids, all under the age of 5\. Just a short drive to Bethany Beach - less than 15 minutes. Everything was very comfortable and had a beautiful wrap around porch. There is no keurig, a regular coffee maker with a similar style to a keurig - just to note for those bringing coffee, I would just bring a bag of ground coffee. We had trouble with the ice maker and refrigerator. We had ice our first day and then had to buy ice and water bottles because the fridge/freezer wasn’t regulating the temperature. We had to toss the freezer food because it all defrosted. So during the trip we didn’t want to buy anything else that we would have to throw away. If I owned a second home, I definitely would get a second refrigerator in case of incidents like this. My daughter and I have allergies so we didn’t go out to eat at restaurants and the fridge was something we relied on during vacation. There was lots of room in the home to spread out and have your own space. One thing I would also suggest is maybe get curtains or shades in the loft area. The walking paths, fire pit, pools, extra curricular activities were nice to have. I would recommend staying in this home, you won’t be sorry. ##### Holly C.
