Beach Town, Pool, Wifi available and more! Enjoy your next getaway at "Resting Beach Place" a comfortable 3 bedroom/2.5 bath townhome located at the Villas at Cedar Cove community in Millville. This home places you within walking distance to the grocery store, great restaurants including Hooked Up. Just 3 miles down the road you'll find excellent shopping in downtown Bethany Beach and boardwalk! This home is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a fully stocked kitchen, WIFI, washer and dryer, spacious living room, 1st floor half bath and 2nd floor loft space. Each of the 3 bedrooms is tastefully decorated, featuring a queen sized bed in the primary suite on the first floor, as well as a queen bed in each of the two bedrooms on the second floor with a shared bathroom with shower/tub combo. Additionally, the loft space has two futons that guests can use to sleep extra people in your group. The primary bathroom on the first floor is spacious and provides a shower/tub combo. Outside, enjoy a spacious paver patio and a gazebo area that is shaded during the summer months. Directly across from the home is the community pool which guests have access to from Memorial Day through Labor Day. We look forward to hosting you at this wonderful townhome! Linens will be at the property prior to check in. Linens include sheets for all beds, and bath towels. \*\*To finalize the reservation, a lease agreement must be signed. The kitchen was stocked with all of the utensils and appliances of home. Out of all of the homes we've stayed at in Florida, Maryland, New Jersey, Massachusetts, and New York this property's kitchen was the best equipped. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The living room had plenty of comfortable seating. The outdoor space was nice and the grill came in handy. We hit a couple of hot days so we didn't spend any time out on the patio, but it is quiet and relaxing. The home was also conveniently located across the street from the community pool which was nice for the kids after a hot day. The community is located behind a shopping center where there is a Giant grocery store, a few restaurants, a pizza shop and a wine and spirits shop. Very convenient. The owners should be proud of their property. It is a great home. Thank you for opening it up to rent out. ##### Patrick F.
