The cleanliness upon arrival was an issue that was resolved however some maintenance was never addressed (light in the master shower needed replacing). The grill, living room furniture and area rugs need replacing and some mattresses are rock hard, beach decor would be awesome but that’s my opinion. The development is beautiful, distance from the beach was nice and my husband loved the golf course so that’s a plus. ##### carol s. There were five adults. The house was exceptionally clean upon our arrival. We love to stay in Bear Trap. The house was comfortable and pretty. The only reason I did not give five stars was because there was no gas grill as promised, only a charcoal one, which I chose not to use for my chicken. Also, the house could use some more lighting, especially in the master bedroom. The bathrooms were well lit though. Beautiful sunsets from the back porch. Would stay again. ##### Jennifer C.
