Bear Trap Dunes is a public play accessible golf course with a restaurant and bar on site. The Bear Trap Dunes Owners Association charges an optional per person fee for guests ages four and older for the use of the community’s amenities, including the in-season beach shuttle, pools, tennis, and fitness center. This fee varies by the time of year and is subject to change without notice. Guests that opt to purchase amenity passes MUST purchase at the Bear Trap Pavilion. ($50 per person per week in season during 2022) The pools are located at the community pavilion. (The pool located on October Glory is for owner use only.) Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available. This townhouse is located on the 2nd floor so there is a flight of stairs Parking notes: Parking is available for condo guests on a first-come-first-serve basis. Guests may also utilize the parking area near Clubhouse Drive. Linens: The home will include pillows, blankets, comforters, and mattress covers. It really is 4 Private bedrooms with the 4th being the enclosed Den/Office. The place was extremely clean and updated with 2 Refrigerators and even upgraded ice for drinks. Vaulted ceilings and open concept makes the place feel large. We enjoyed the enclosed screen porch and the view of the Bear Trap Dunes Golf Course. Neighborhood features wide streets and all houses and lawns are meticulously cared for...perfect for walks. Such an easy quick drive or bike to the beach.
