Continue your vacation outdoors on this vacation home's open air deck (with gas grill). Central air conditioning, well-equipped kitchen, washer, dryer and more. 5 TVs, DVD, Blu-ray, library of books and DVDs, board games, Keurig, gas fireplace, gas grill, Wifi. Delaware Accommodations Intermediary License #2024712698 THINGS TO KNOW Clubhouse (with Wifi., locker rooms and grille), three outdoor swimming pools (consisting of a lazy river, lap pool & kiddie pool), fitness center, basketball courts, putting green, horseshoe pits, tennis pavilion (with four courts), nature and walking trails, shuttle to the beach and shopping (operates seasonally, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Thursday through Monday). Docks for kayaking too! Note Bay Forest requires guests ages 5 and older to pay a $50 per person per week resort fee. We love the trails, scenery, and pools. Those reasons alone are why I am giving this listing any stars at all. The carpets were so badly stained you could ALMOST not see that they desperately needed to be vacuumed. The downstairs bathroom toilet paper holder was falling off the wall, counters had toothpaste and hair on it. The rugs were covered in toilet paper shreds, hair, other debris like the plastic strings found in tops to keep them on a hanger. The kitchen had crumbs on the counters with food stains/splatter. The floors covered in crumbs and sand. Flies were flying around the unit, we killed three. Pans, pots and bowls were put back dirty. There was no large garbage that would be typically found in a kitchen. Used floss, q - tips and plastic silverware were on the carpets upstairs. Plastic patio chairs were littered about the downstairs (5). Despite having to list how many people were with us during our stay, we were only provided 4 large bath towels, 2 hand towels, and 2 wash clothes. Vacasa did ask how our check in was, I informed them of our experience while stating I was not interested in having anyone come into our rental now that we were settled. The next day, a tall garage can with a lid was in our kitchen. Someone had entered our rental without asking before hand or telling after! When I contacted Vacasa, they said it must have been a miscommunication. I would NEVER STAY with a property run by Vacasa again! Filth ##### Deanna R. The owner was very kind and the house was well equipped with every amenity and all necessities. This is a clean, comfortable and beautiful house with plenty of space.
