🍳 Kitchen
The chef’s kitchen is fully stocked and designed for guests who enjoy cooking. It features an induction cooktop and oven, All-Clad pots and pans, Cuisinart ceramic knives, cutting boards, baking sheets, casserole dishes, a full set of cooking utensils, measuring cups & spoons and more. Full size fridge, microwave and dishwasher. We also provide salt, pepper, olive oil, dish soap, a sponge, and starter paper towels.

☕The coffee bar includes a Keurig with a starter pack of Donut Shop K-cups, sugar, and creamer, plus a drip coffee maker. A curated selection of Yogi herbal and caffeinated teas are also provided.

🛁 Bathrooms
Both bathrooms are stocked with Public Goods eco-luxury bath products, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, and hand soap. All products are made with organic essential oils and are sulfate and paraben free. Each guest is also provided a set of plush, luxury hotel quality white bath towels.

The heart of the bungalow is its waterfront setting. Start your day on the oceanfront sundeck, relaxing on chaise lounges as the sun rises over the water. Unwind in the private hot tub with expansive views of the ocean and bayou, then gather around the dockside propane fire pit to roast s’mores in the evening. When night falls, stretch out on the stargazer daybed and enjoy some of the darkest skies on the coast, perfect for stargazing, meteor showers and late night conversations. Dolphins and rare coastal birds are frequent visitors.

The Ocean Springs Bungalow is located in the secluded Belle Fontaine Beach neighborhood of Ocean Springs, surrounded by the Gulf and the protected Belle Fontaine Marsh Preserve. This is a peaceful, nature-filled waterfront setting with sweeping water views, incredible sunsets, dark night skies and abundant coastal wildlife.

Please note: While the property is directly waterfront, there is no beach or swimming access from the property. For beach days, we recommend Front Beach in Ocean Springs (26 minutes) or Biloxi Beach (30 minutes).

Because the home borders natural coastal and marsh habitat, wildlife sightings are part of the experience. Depending on the season, you may see dolphins, pelicans, cranes, alligators, bob cats, foxes and other native wildlife. Please admire wildlife from a safe distance and never approach or feed wild animals.

📋 House Rules
- Quiet hours: 9:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Outdoor noise must be kept to a minimum after 9 PM, and outdoor music must be off by 9:00 PM. Please be respectful of our neighbors and the peaceful tranquility of the neighborhood.
- Occupancy: Do not exceed 6 guests (maximum). The home is most comfortable for 2–4 guests, with additional sleeping arrangements available for up to 6 guests if needed.
- Parking: Maximum of 2 vehicles. Driveway parking only. No street or lawn parking.
- Booking requirements: A signed rental agreement and government-issued ID are required to book.
