Everything seemed perfect. Large condo, everything included. Unfortunately on the second day we did a load of laundry and the washer leaked all over the floor which we had to clean. After calling the property manager, they said that "someone" should have told us not to use it and didn't offer us so much as an apology for the inconvenience caused. They should have put a sign on the washer not to use it, or unplugged it so it couldn't have happened. Then the maintenance guys let themselves into the condo before we could answer the door, without wearing masks, one wearing an 10 inch hunting knife. On checkout they asked if we had any feedback. I politely told them about the washer again. Again, they didn't offer any apology for the inconvenience it caused us. "Okay" was all I got. The comunity seemed nice and everything was new but the customer service definitely needs some work. ##### Benjamin W.
