One bedroom holds a king sized bed and the other has a queen sized bed. Make use of the quaint kitchen and living area space. Although this condo doesn’t have the biggest kitchen, it’s the perfect size to pack a picnic for your seaside adventures or whip up a breakfast before your day beneath the sun. Or if you're a stormwatcther in the Winter & Fall months, you will love the fireplace to cozy up next to. It wouldn’t be a family vacation if you couldn’t bring your furry friends so don’t forget them! They’ll love the sandy beach as much as you will. The Pacific Surf building has just 11 homes. All impeccably clean, unbelievably comfortable, and close to the heart of everything in Ocean shores. The Sandy Days Condo has enough room for up to four people. Bring your family or a small group of friends. Enjoy a getaway to the beach; you won’t be disappointed. Dogs are welcome with a standard per dog, per night fee. ABOUT OCEAN SHORES When booking with any of our properties in Ocean Shores, you will have endless options for seaside activities. When bringing your friends or family along, we're sure that each and every one of you will find an adventure worth diving into. Visiting during the warm weather? Get ready for clamming season! Rent a moped or bike and take a ride into town where you'll find the main drag. Here you'll find locally hand crafted meals served in the town's restaurants as well as boutiques filled with souvenirs to take home! While others know their way around it, we know that booking a rental property home for your vacation can be unfamiliar territory for some. Because we know this, we ensure that each of our properties is up to high-quality standards. We do our absolute best to provide support to our guests when booking. We are available to assist you every day of the year if you have any questions or concerns before, during or after your visit to our home. We have onsite property management available 24/7 for anything concerning that may arise. MANAGED: Property requires good behavior and adherence to instructions, house rules, terms, conditions, onsite instructions, and may require online registration, accidental damage protection, and electronic signature before final booking confirmation, or you may cancel before proceeding at that time. Instruction including access will be sent by email. Phones open 9am to 7pm every day. Unless otherwise arranged, check-in is between 5 and 7pm and check-out is before 11am. If dogs are allowed, they must be approved in advance, with a quantity, weight limit, and a per-dog, per-day fee. Due to government and owner requirements, occupancy may never exceed the number of registered guests, dogs and vehicles. Drop-in guests are not allowed. For security, there may be outwardly facing security cameras, capable of constant recording, and interior decibel meters to monitor noise. Took my 89 yr old mom out to get her some time away. Place was very comfortable. Mom has a hard time sleeping on a bed so needs a comfortable couch to switch to. This place had very comfortable beds & couch. Place was clean and bright. We were close to the beach and even though we couldn’t see it you could hear the waves out back. We knew we would be eating out except for breakfast so the small kitchen was acceptable. It would be nice if some basic condiments like salt & pepper etc could be on hand. This place overall was a good stay. They definitely need to upgrade their furniture as the chair in the living room has no bottom and when you sit down you basically fall through. The kitchen is very tiny and the pictures on the site are deceiving. They did have everything we needed thoug, including kitchen stuff and extra bedding/towels. We had five people total and it would probably be better for two or three. Even though it states beachfront property you cannot see the beach and it is a little bit of a walk, so we were a little disappointed. When we arrived we smelled cigarette smoke. We could not find the culprit and eventually got used to it. The day we left we were cleaning up and found a dirty towel that reeked of cigarette smoke in the bathroom cupboard and I’m sure the cleaners just missed this. The TV definitely need to be upgraded as everything was off-color big time. Everything looked black and white or very green. There were some DVDs but mostly kid movies. If you like local beer they have a little tap room right in front of the property. Maybe not the best for family with kids but we loved it! We would probably stay here again. Just not the best for a family of five trying to cook all of our meals, it was a bit crowded. ##### Jennifer B. The only thing I would say is if you have a dog, the yard is not suitable for them. It has goat-head stickers all over and hurts their foot pads. It will hurt bare feet as well. ##### Heather W.
