With a prime location within walking distance of the ocean, you'll also have all the comforts and conveniences of home. When you get hungry, the well-equipped kitchen makes cooking a breeze, whereas the numerous dining spots give you options on where you'd like to enjoy your meal. The living area boasts a large TV, ideal for morning newscasts and evening movie viewings. A wood-burning fireplace and elective heating are even available for chillier nights. Sure to be well-loved by the entire group, a collection of board games and a Ping-Pong table await hours of entertainment. Come evening, head back out to the deck to watch magnificent sunsets as orange and pink hues blend beautifully across the sky. Five bedrooms are comfortably furnished for restful slumber and are lined with soft linens and ample natural lighting. A private washer/dryer rounds out the creature comforts. The house reeked of animal urine, the carpets were stained and nasty, dust covered everything and the beds were horrible broke down sleep deprivation machines. I spent over 30 on cleaning materials just to make it livable. The TVs were a joke. We spent almost 3000 for 4 days to sleep in a sh\*t hole. It’s old, run down and smells HORRIBLE!! Think dead fish left in grandmas closet with moth balls. Fridge has brown sticky rust down the front of it, the coffee pot was soooo disgusting we bought a new one and left it there for the next people, we couldn’t open the oven without the handle coming off, couldn’t play ping pong because the smell of dead fish in that room was unbarreable. Beds were all super uncomfortable, no one wanted to shower in the dirty bathrooms, and they should mention something about how to find the house and limited parking because it was so hard to find and park multiple cars in. For a house with 11 beds they should also add more seating where everyone can be together. 1 couch and a love seat is not enough. Most people sat on old uncomfortable dining chairs. The owners really need to fix and update things before continuing using it as a rental. ##### Danielle G.
